While our T-Post mounts are built for fence posts and open terrain, the Tri-Claw goes where nothing else can. It clamps to virtually anything up to 2 inches in diameter, giving you trail camera and trail camera solar panel placement options no other mount can touch.

Stock tanks, old farm implements, fence rails, tree limbs, T-posts, pipe gates, ladder stands, feeders — if you can wrap a clamp around it, the Tri-Claw is set up and running in minutes. All 3 arms articulate independently, along with the 1/4-20 screws and the clamp itself, giving you positioning flexibility in virtually any orientation you can imagine. Setting up the Tri-Claw is straightforward once you know the correct sequence:

Step 1: Attach the short arm to the clamp and position the clamp on whatever surface you are mounting to — tree limb, T-post, tank, gate, or fence rail.

Step 2 — The Critical Step: Before positioning your arms, take a pair of pliers and tighten the wheel on the short arm very tight against the clamp. This is the step that locks the arms to the clamp. Do not skip this step.

Step 3: Clamp the jaws down tight onto your surface. The 10 SS teeth will bite into wood or metal for a rock-solid hold.

Step 4: Position your camera arm and trail camera solar panel arm exactly where you want them, then lock each one in place with the butterfly knob.

That's it — most setups take under 5 minutes once you know the sequence.

Q: Why does the clamp feel loose before I tighten the wheel?
